Servicing
We recommend that clippers, trimmers, handpieces, machines, and drives are serviced once a year, preferably at the end of every clipping or shearing season or one month before the season begins.

To have your clipping, trimming or shearing equipment serviced by our expert technicians, please send it to the address and the bottom of this page, along with a covering note including your name and a daytime contact number. A guide to servicing costs can be found here.
What is included in the service?- Equipment is cleaned inside and out
- Electrical safety check
- Worn out / consumable components replaced (comb pegs are included in the cost of servicing. Other replaceable parts are not.)
Repairs
If your clipping, trimming or shearing equipment is in need of repair, for whatever reason, you can send it back the factory where it was built for expert diagnosis and restoration.

We recommend equipment is sent in its carry case for protection. If you require repairs please keep blades, combs, cutters and filers attached as this will help to diagnose the cause.
Regular cleaning and maintenance is also recommended between services. For information on how to best look after you Lister product, please refer to your instruction book.
