Python +
The Python + offers an all-round balance of comfort, speed and durability. As a dual bearing shearing handpiece it runs smoothly with minimal heat. It also has a conventional long half to make it more durable than the Mamba +, with no bearing to wear out or replace. Like the Mamba + however, the Python + has a twin row bearing by the crank for long lasting robustness, and a balanced crank head to reduce vibration and maximise comfort.
