Lister Shearing Equipment has many years experience manufacturing clipping and shearing equipment. The range of mains and battery clippers with interchangeable blades make it possible to clip every type of hair and wool using one clipper.

Showman

This unique clipper with its power efficient motor is the most versatile model. Choose from either a rechargeable power pack with waist belt, or a 12 Volt battery lead to power this battery operated full-size clipper. The portable rechargeable battery power pack enables the operator to clip anywhere, for up to 3 hours and being 12 Volt, gives the operator maximum safety. This clipper surpasses most mains clippers for performance, durability, handling and cool running. Designed and manufactured in Britain.

Meteor

The Meteor is a small, stylish rechargeable trimming clipper with easy to use "snap-on" blades. It is specially engineered for minimum noise and vibration, ideal for clipping small areas e.g. for scanning, catheter insertion and operation sites. The Meteor is supplied complete with charger, cleaning brush and oil. The charge lasts for approximately 45 minutes and the charger doubles up as a mains adapter if required. Replacement blades are available, the cutting length is 1.0mm.

Blades

Lister blades are designed and manufactured in the factory at Dursley in the UK. They have several unique features:

• Material- The steel used is of the highest quality to ensure that the blades keep their edge when working in the most arduous conditions. The heat treatment, both hardening and tempering is done under computer control in an atmospheric controlled furnace to ensure that the maximum qualities are gained from the steel.
  
  
• Self Clearing Blades- This patented feature allows hair to be swept away from the cutting teeth enabling the blades to clip at all times.
  
  
• Precision ground ribbing on the back of the blades not only reduces weight but adds stiffness from front to heel and flexibility from side to side. This combination of stiffness and flexibility produces an optimum cutting action and reduces blade drag as well as making re-sharpening of the blades easier.
